Workshop - Sandwich Fillings

In this interactive workshop, you will learn to make four of our most popular sandwich fillings. This is a good class for beginners and seasoned cooks alike.

At the end of the workshop, we’ll get to enjoy some sandwiches together and you’ll get the recipes as an e-book.

Date: 1st Thursday of each month, from 6pm - 8:30pm. Fee: $75 per person.$85 for gluten-free option (*see GF info below)

 

Deviled Tofu: our best-seller and fan favourite. You’ll think you’re eating the egg salad sandwiches you grew up with. Only this time, they’re cruelty- and cholesterol-free!

Chickpea Salad: otherwise known as vegan tuna, this zippy sandwich filling is full of protein and is amazing in sandwiches, on salads and with cheese melted on it.

Smokey Tofu Strips: these tasty fried tofu strips are perfect for TLT’s and breakfast sandwiches.

Breaded Tofu Cutlets: these are delicious and can be used many ways (as a dinner with gravy & potatoes, in a caesar wrap or just straight from the fridge as a snack).

 

*Except for the tofu cutlets, the recipes are already gluten-free and you can opt for GF bread. We can also provide you with GF breadcrumbs for making the cutlets! Just select the GF option when purchasing the workshop.
