Learn to make our famous deli meats!
Date: This 2-part workshop takes place Saturday, 4pm - 6pm and Sunday from 4pm - 5pm. Fee: $130 per person. Space is limited! Please register early.
Each participant makes and takes home 4 deli meats as well as the e-book recipes with detailed instructions.
We’ll make 3 oven-baked deli meats:
roast seitan, bologna, pepperoni
And one stove-top recipe:
corned seitan
On Saturday, you’ll make the seitan and learn to roll and seal it in prepartation for baking. After the lesson, we will bake them for you (it takes 2.5 hours) and leave them to set overnight in the fridge.
On Sunday, we’ll gather again to see the results and you’ll learn to slice your deli meats on our meat slicer, if you like!
