Mozzarella: soy-based mozzarella that melts & tastes amazing.
Tofu Cream Cheese: creamy, thick and tangy. Our cream cheese is just like old-school deli cream cheese.
Butter: you’ll learn two recipes; one with almonds and a nut-free school-safe recipe.
All-Purpose Cheese Sauce: made with potatoes and carrots, you can pour this cheese over anything really. It’s also good as a spread, and can be added to soups and casseroles.
Double/Whipping Cream: made with pure soymilk and coconut oil. Use this as a cooking cream or make the best vegan whipped cream for your special desserts!
