Thinly sliced juicy seitan roast flavoured with herbs and spices like sage, garlic, poultry seasoning, hickory smoke. Delicious shaved on a sandwich, as part of a charcuterie tray or cut thick and grilled with pineapple.
Made mainly with gluten flour and spices, baked in the oven, rested in the fridge and then shaved on our deli slicer. We use this seitan along with our bologna slices in our Classic Assorted 6" s sandwich.
Available thinly shaved or in an unsliced log.
