Mrs Fitzpatricks Chili: Delicious and filling Texas-style chili with TVP chunks (textured vegetable protein), green peppers and celery. Comes with sour cream, cheese sauce, fresh salsa &ntortilla chips, and steamed broccoli.
Tofu & Spinach Pie:A hearty slice of dinner pie stuffed with tofu, spinach and onions and wrapped in an olive oil, whole wheat crust. Comes with boiled potatoes, brussels sprouts and a side of chive butter.
Kung Pao Tofu: A tangy and spicy stir-fry with extra-firm tofu, celery, onions, red & green peppers, toasted almonds and scallions. Comes with rice noodles and seared bok choy.
