We're making these available as an add-on to the high tea menu. These little sandwiches hit the mark...tangy, salty, crunchy and creamy and with a texture very similar to lobster.
Hearts of Palm, celery, red onion, fresh dill, Old Bay seasoning, fresh lemon, homemade mayonnaise. Served on buttered dinner rolls.
