We love Alpen brand meusli (it's probably nostalgia) but it contains milk ingredients. Our in-house meusli with oats, all-bran, pepitas, toasted walnuts & almonds, raisins, unsweetened coconut and cinnamon is just as delicious.
For a healthy and filling breakfast, have about 1/2 cup of muesli topped with a serving of fruit and about 1/2 a cup of yogurt or milk.
