Kappa Carageenan is a very fine powder form of a type of seaweed also known as agar. It's typically used for vegan cheesemaking and for making vegan jello.
We buy it in bulk and sell it in small cups (50g which is approximately a half-cup). A typical cheese recipe calls for about 10g of Kappa Carageenan.
